Hi, I'm Sandi
I'm Sandi, a Mum to two teens and one big brown dog and a qualified Naturopath with over 20 years experience.
In 1999 I made the big move to Brisbane from sunny north Queensland to follow my dream of studying Naturopathy. I completed my degree in 2002 and have been in private practice since, working one to one with my clients and their families. At times you'll find me running small workshops and classes to help my clients build on their understanding of food, nutrition and cooking to support their bodies.
I love to help my clients get real with themselves, and to realise that none of us (me included!) are perfect. By bringing real, practical and achievable changes into our homes, lives and kitchens we can bring about true, lasting health improvements.
I like to say that health is a journey, forever shifting and changing; asking us to go with the flow and simply do our best with where we are in each moment. Our health needs are not stagnant and often change, so it's important we don't hold our beliefs around what is "right" for us too tightly.
Letting go and being open to feeling and responding to these ever-changing needs, be that what we eat, how we're living or more, is one of the best things we can do for our health.
Outside my practice you'll often find me cooking and entertaining, spending time with the hubby and kids, outside in the garden or walking the dog in along the foreshore in the bayside suburb we live in.
